POLICY

Non-refundable deposit required before booking.

Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled 24 hours before appointment time or deposit will be void.

10 minute grace period.

Late fee: $15

Appointment canceled at 20min late.

$50 fee for last minute/after hours appointment.

Accepted forms of payment at appointment: Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App.

$5 charge for any card payments.

training POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable unless training date is canceled by instructor. Deposits may be used for a different training date within 30 days if canceled by trainee.
